At Taste of Amsterdam you will find Amsterdam’s best restaurants and chefs, all in the one place. This popular festival seemed to us the perfect moment to introduce Persijn to the public.

Persijn needed to be the showstopper of Taste of Amsterdam 2017! In order to achieve this, used a greenhouse as exhibition stand. The Greenhouse (9m x 6m) functioned as a pop-up restaurant. It was divided into two areas: the kitchen and the guest-area. It was, among other things, be decorated with vertical gardens. The herbs that are used for the dishes and cocktails in Persijn will be displayed in special ‘food dispensers’. Seating was available inside (standing tables) and outside on the terrace.

During Taste of Amsterdam small bags were handed out to the visitors of Taste of Amsterdam. With that bag they can go to the exhibition stand and fill the bags with their favourite seed(s) to take home and plant.
